YouDo endeavours to fulfil your order in a timely and efficient manner. Normally it takes us 7-10 days to reach any location in India. We believe in spreading education for free. So YouDo does not charge any shipping cost to its tiny scientists and inventors.

We would like to highlight here, that in order to help our esteemed clients in taking an informed decision regarding any product which interests them, we have ensured that all relevant information regarding our products is mentioned right next to the products that are displayed on our website. We request you to go through the details carefully. This will ensure a speedy and hassle free service to you and also minimise the chances of refunds / replacements at a later stage. If, however, for some reason you do not want the product, it has to be refused without opening it, at the time of delivery only. We will refund the amount of your order, excluding handling charges.

 

We strongly recommend that the opening of the package be videotaped in front of the courier company representative. In case of a defective item, this clip can be uploaded within 24 hours of the receipt of goods, on the company site at [email protected] for our later reference.  This will simplify and hasten up the process of refund. Under normal circumstances, the delivery will be deemed to have been done.

We do not accept product exchange requests in a later time frame.

At YouDo, we try our very best to ensure that you receive the highest quality product. However, sometimes things happen outside of our control, such as a shipping and/or delivery issues. But, in case you do come across an item which is broken, you are requested to take picture or a video clip of the broken item and email us within 24 hours of the receipt at [email protected]  We will immediately have the item footage analysed by our team of experts and if the fault is established at our end or due to negligence in transhipment, a replacement, free of cost, will be despatched to you within 7 working days. However, no free replacement may be possible if the items is found to be used incorrectly.

For all orders, please provide your complete street address with pin code and nearest landmark.

Some times, for unforeseen reasons, there may be a requirement to cancel the order which has been placed. We have a provision for the same. Orders can be cancelled prior to the generation of the tracking number. Subsequently, due to administrative reasons, it may not be possible to process a cancellation request. You still have the option of refusing to accept the delivery before opening the package, once the order is delivered to you. The amount due to you will be refunded less the handling charges.

All orders will be shipped within 7 business days. In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment-processing times may be delayed.

We send all orders via reputed courier partners. You can log on to www.youdo.co.in and check the details of the shipment and courier partner.

Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.) on items sold by YouDo.co.in?

The MRP mentioned against the product on our site is inclusive of all the taxes. The delivery cost, if applicable will be mentioned clearly before you make the payments. There will be no additional cost to be paid once the product is delivered to you.

Why there is no delivery in my area?

We deliver to all places where our delivery partners have delivery capability. We are continuously working to expand over coverage area.

Do you also give Cash on Delivery option?

No, at present we do not provide this facility.

Can you purchase outside India and get it delivered to an address in India?

Yes, you can purchase our products via a valid credit card (we may ask you for additional authentication information) from any place outside India and get it delivered to a valid address in India (in places where we deliver)
